The complex is one of two in Colorado that offers the award-winning Senior Umbrella Network (SUN®) program, which caters to residents 55+ with superior services and activities managed through an onsite director. During COVID-19, Epoque Golden adapted the programs using technology and social distancing to protect residents.
The seven-prong SUN® program focuses on health and wellness; finance, legal and administrative services; education and lifelong learning; fun and recreation; convenience and economies; community and friendship, and safety and security.
In a typical week, residents can choose from activities ranging from chair exercises at the pool or Zoom yoga or Tai-chi to Wine Down Wednesday and Thursday morning breakfasts.
